Investment in Therapy
Getting the therapy you need so you can live the life you want.
Therapy can change your life.
It is an investment of time, money, and energy.
Your potential is worth it.
My fees are:
$300 for 90-minute intake sessions (first appointment)
$200 per 50-minute weekly or biweekly sessions
$300 per 90-minute block for therapy intensives (short-term, accelerated therapy)
I meet with clients weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and your current level of need. I also have clients come every 10 days, or three weeks out of four in a month, because that's what works for them.
Intensives can be scheduled on a one-time basis, or as recurring events (monthly, quarterly, annual). The cost depends on the number of blocks we need to meet your goals. Please click here to learn more about intensives.
My scholarship slots are currently full.

The number one question I get is, "do you take my insurance?"
Unfortunately, I cannot take insurance and do the work I do.
I have chosen to work with you and not for insurance companies.
More and more, insurance companies are requiring specific treatments and brief courses of therapy, with no concern for what kind of care clients need. Lifetime of complex trauma? Well, you better be able to figure that out in six to eight sessions! Dissociation ruining your life? Well, if you're not actively suicidal, then you're out of luck!
I believe in deep work that heals. Comprehensive care for a lifetime of severe anxiety, complex trauma, and dissociation cannot be put into a little box. I can't do what I do in 37-minute increments for 36-40 clients a week.
NPR and ProPublica recently did an in-depth story on why more therapists are leaving insurance panels. It is accurate and well-researched.
What is the cost of not coming to therapy?
What happens if you pass up on the chance to have the life you've always wanted?
1. Decide
Decide if you are ready to commit the time, money, and energy to therapy.
If the answer is yes, book a consultation so we can talk more about your needs.
2. Discuss
During your free consult, I will ask you questions about what brings you to therapy and what your goals are. We can discuss whether regular or intensive sessions will be best for you, and we can talk about how to manage the investment in therapy.
3. Begin
If we both decide I am a good fit for your needs, we'll schedule your intake appointment.
Then, we get to work.
